Description
This 52 year old patient from Tampa Florida came to see Dr. Brown to discuss her breast and abdomen. She had her original breast augmentation done in 1999. Soon after that she had two pregnancies, and stated that her breast lacked the volume they had prior to giving birth. She was unaware of her current breast implant size, but stated that she would like to go a little smaller. She also was concerned with the excess skin on her abdomen. After consulting with Dr. Brown he recommended a revision of her breast augmentation with placement of bilateral mesh and a lipoabdominoplasty with vaser liposuction. Implants - Allergan Natrelle SSM 300 Dr. Brown recommended Lipo 360 the patient opted out.
