Mastopexy: Case 7
Description
This lovely 29 year old female came to Dr. Brown because she didn't like her outward breast positioning, she also had concerns about her breast sagging. She wanted a perkier look but not an augmented look. Dr. Brown achieved this by doing a Wise Pattern Mastopexy with Auto-Augmentation. This patient is prone to hypertrophic scarring, and we were able to manage this in the post op period to minimize scarring.
