Description
This 61 year old patient from Tampa Florida came to see Dr. Brown to discuss having a revision of her breast augmentation. She had her original breast augmentation done 25 years ago by another surgeon. She has saline implants and expressed that the rippling was bothersome to her, as well as the separation between her breast. After consulting with Dr. Brown, he recommended a removal of her implants and placement of new silicone implants. Also a capsule repair using Galaflex mesh.
